INTU
Just like the Perfect-Fit window & door blinds, our INTU blinds can be made with either alumium Venetian or Pleated blinds.
They consist of a slim cassette at the top with supporting cords running through them along the sides to the bottom of the door or window. The whole blind fits neatly into the recess created by the glazing beads so that the blind covers the area nearest the glass.
The 2 options are:
- Bead-fit - Cassette can be fitted to the top of the window/door glass area using brackets that fit between the frame & the glass very much like the Perfect-fit blinds, again without drilling. There is a narrow bar running down the sides of the glass area but are hardly noticeable. The whole installation takes only a few minutes to fit.
- Screw-fit - Almost identical to the Bead-fit with the exception of a few screws to hold the blind into place. This is ususlly offered if either, the bead depth from the front of the frame to the glass is more than 27mm, or when the window/door glass area is over a certain size or when drilling is the only option.
Both blinds are operated by pulling the blind up & down by the finger tab on the bottom bar. On the Venetian blind version you can tilt the slats with a slide on the cassette. There is an optional wand to tilt the slats when the blind is hard to reach.
