If within this period our products are less than perfect due to component failure or material defect, we will gladly repair or replace it. However, we have found through research with our existing customers that this is an unlikely occurance. It is for your peace of mind that we offer these Guarantees.

All payments, whether by cash, cheque or card are strictly confidential & no written or digital records are kept of your financial transaction with us.

Delivery & Returns Policy

Our Standard Terms & Conditions are printed on the Order, Invoice & Guarantee forms.

Most transactions take place at the home/property face-to-face with all the appropriate details written down there & then. However, should a quote be given & we are contacted by you at a later date to proceed, then providing nothing has changed to the specification, location or apperture to receive the blinds then you would be required to give us authorisation to proceed with any deposit payments.

We do not sell products directly from this site as we offer a made-to-measure service which will require a home or property visit.

You may telephone or fax your own blind sizes to us for manufacture provided you know the correct fabric name & colourway. We cannot however guarantee that these blinds are the correct size for the location for which they are intended.

We can usually give a date & time for the visit to fit your blinds at the time of sale. Certain aspects of the ordering procedure are sometimes beyond our control (eg stock availability & delivery from suppliers). We shall do our utmost to notify you of any delays at the earliest opportunity. Delivery times are a guide only & has no bearing on the contract between Grange Blinds (Solihull) & you the customer. Late delivery does not constitute you cancelling the order. If we cannot provide you with your selected fabrics/blinds for any reason beyond our control then we will offer an alternative solution or refund any monies paid. No further compensation will be awarded unless at the sole discretion of the company owner.

It is unusual to receive blinds in a condition unfit for purpose but errors can sometimes occur. We will endeavour to correct faults whether by repairing them or to remake them as quickly as possible. The decision as to whether we repair or remake the blind/s is solely at the discretion of Grange Blinds.

We pride ourselves on a quality service & quality products. We will endeavour to maintain this policy as most of our business is generated by repeat business & recommendations.

Payment Policy

Cash is accepted as payment.

Cheques are accepted but, only with a cheque guarantee card & currently made payable to: R. Fryer.

All major credit cards are accepted but may carry a service charge of up to 3.5% per transaction. We will inform you of any charges at the time of the transaction. We may decide to waive any transaction charges at our discretion.
